ABOUT
Hannig Surveying is a land surveying firm providing services on the Central Coast of California. Our goal is to provide highly accurate, precise, and complete surveys that will enable stakeholders to make smart decisions and develop the best projects possible.
We use modern and efficient equipment, including Leica total stations and GPS systems, a 3d scanner, and/or unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) to gather and validate field data. The latest software is used to process point clouds and conventional drawings.
The principal, Steven C. Hannig, holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from San Francisco State University. He is a licensed land surveyor in the state of California and an FAA licensed UAV (drone) pilot. He has two decades of experience in land development, and has held positions ranging from Project Manager for telecommunication and civil engineering projects, to Civil Engineering Planner/Designer, to Survey Party Chief and Survey Manager. This broad background extending beyond traditional surveying ensures that Steve will have a thorough understanding of virtually any project and enables him to excel with even the most complex projects.
